Recode Knoxville Releases Proposed Zoning Changes
Recode is about to get real. The second draft – including draft maps with proposed new zoning – will be discussed at a series of meetings in August. Recode is the name of the MPC-led effort to create a new zoning code for the City of Knoxville. The second draft is available on the Recode Knoxville website.
