Coldwell Banker Wallace & Wallace, Realtors® is pleased to announce that Beth Stewart, Principal Broker of the West Town office, has been named “Managing Broker of the Year” by the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS® (KAAR) for 2018.
Managing Broker of the Year Award is a new award that honors a Designated REALTOR® who demonstrates exemplary business experience and accomplishments and a reputation for high professional competence.
Stewart started her real estate career as an administrative assistant in 1991. In 1995, she became a licensed REALTOR, and joined Coldwell Banker Wallace & Wallace when the company acquired Volunteer Realty in 2000. Then with the encouragement and guidance
of George Wallace, she became a Principal Broker at the end of 2004.
Principal Broker of CBWW West Town, Stewart oversees 600-900 transactions each year, and provides leadership, guidance and mentorship to approximately 90 agents. Over the course of her career, Beth has trained hundreds of agents, both new and experienced.
