“Alpha Body Construction is designed to deliver a custom health experience. We make a healthy life possible for busy adults by providing in gym and in home physical training. We also partner with local and national distributors to deliver customized gyms for any size home.”

What is the value that separates you from you from your competition? 

“We focus on client education to make a healthy lifestyle feel invisible through our unique manner of instilling healthy habits. We teach you how to create these health habits early on, and make them a party of your daily life. We are not just about fitness, but also about living healthy and longer lives. In a sense… we are selling a longer life.”

“Our ideal client is one that is frustrated with finding the time to focus on their health. Our clients are typically CEOs, doctors, lawyers, and business owners who lead stress filled lives.”

What is your vision for your company 5 to 10 years from now? 

“Our goals for the future are to build our brand into a national franchise of personal trainers that offer the best in personal training and home-gym experiences.”

Do you have someone from Black History that you use as motivation for your business? 

“Frederick Douglas was a brilliant man who had an impossible task of trying to help heal the nation. I admire him because he worked across man lines in order to realize the better goal of equality.”

Why is it important for everyone to support Black businesses? 

“Black business is American business. America first right? Supporting these firms is important as those that have excellent products are often times overlooked in the larger market.”
